MORTON'S CELEBRATED GOLD PENS advertising folder was issued by A. Morton, 25 Maiden Lane, New York, and it is dated 1864. The folder features 30 actual size illustrations of gold pens and holders which are priced and described on the reverse. This advertising folder also served as an order form. Printed on light weight paper, the folder measures 8 1/2 x 10 3/4" and is in good condition with ink stains on both sides of the front page. It has been folded both horizontally and vertical and splits at the folds have been closed with archival tape. There are a few small holes along the folds.
