    1933 Colorado unemployment relief tab:  These were issued as license plate attachments, and the cost varied depending upon the horsepower of the vehicle.  The monies were to go to people who were out of work.  However, the program was declared unconstitutional, and the monies had to be refunded.  The item is in excellent unused condition - straight out of the original box.  This item would be a good addition to your collection.
