    When supplies of the graphic 1975-1976 blanks was exhausted in the summer of 1976, this style of passenger plate was issued by several counties for the remainder of the year.
    The plates are in mint condition and are sealed unopened in their original wrapper.
    The plates pictured are NOT the actual plates you will receive.
    Plates from Routt County (WZ prefix) and Grand County (ZB prefix) are available.
    These plates would be a good addition to your collection.
