SELLING A BRAND NEW GM DVD ROM DRIVE MECHANISM.  THIS IS THE DRIVE THAT READS YOUR DVD MAP DISC.  UNIT IS FULLY WORKING AND HAS NEVER BEEN USED.  MAKE SURE YOUR UNIT HAS THE DVD LOGO, IF YOU HAVE A SIMILAR UNIT BUT WITHOUT THE DVD LOGO, THIS DRIVE WILL NOT WORK FOR YOU.
IF YOUR GPS UNIT IS NO LONGER READING THE DVD MAP DISC OR YOUR DVD MAP IS STUCK THEN YOU NEED TO REPLACE YOUR DRIVE.  SOMETIMES THE DRIVE WILL WORK IN RANDOM TIMES, THAT IS ALSO A SYMPTOM THAT IT WILL GO OUT SOON.
