    A Hand Crafted Twined Tlingit Spruce Root Straight Side Cylindrical Utility Basket with Dyed Grass Design Elements
    Circa: 1890 - 1935
    2 3/4 inches high x 3 1/2 inches in maximum diameter
    Condition: Very Good with rim issues. There are no splits or repairs. The rim shows some imperfections
    Description: This attractive native basket with a traditional Tlingit design was created with expert technique.
    Quality: Ultra Fine: 15 warps (vertical rows) x 20 wefts to the inch
    The Tlingit homeland is along the coast of Northern British Columbia and Southern Alaska.
