ANTIQUE / VINTAGE MESCALERO APACHE INDIAN BASKET TRAY - CLASSIC EARLY EXAMPLE

Description

NICE EARLY EXAMPLE OF A MESCALERO TRAY. Looks to be c1890-1920s and it is made on a coiled foundation of wider willow rods which are much different than the more narrow rods of the western Apache, they are pounded to make the coil appear flat. A FINE OLD EXAMPLE and it has  NO RESERVE !
