35 Degree Stair Washers accommodates most stair angles
Used to "square up" the fittings coming though the posts at an angle, these
    Angled Stair Washers
are necessary in stair or ramp sections at the beginning and end of each cable run to allow for proper tensioning of the cable strands. It provides a flat bearing surface when attaching fittings at angled stair terminations.
The stair washer is used on the outside face of the post (before Washer/Hex/Acorn or Cable Quick Nut/Cover or Ball/Button Ends) to help receive our 1/8" field assembly terminal or tensioner at an angle.
    Recommended # of Stair Washers:
    • 11 stair washers needed at the end of each cable strand terminating on a 36" high terminal stair/ramp post.
    • 13 stair washers needed at the end of each cable strand terminating on a 42" high terminal stair/ramp post.

Note: Stainless Steel is highly resistant, but not impervious to the elements, and requires minimal maintenance for ideal results.
    We recommend applying
    Citrisurf 77 Plus
to all exposed stainless steel components at the time of installation. In addition, apply
    Boeshield T-9
if within 10 miles of a marine environment to further protect the stainless steel.
