    Naval Cover DRW #319 commemorating the Change of Command Ceremony of the USS Nautilus (SSN-571). Dated 25 May, 2000, and cancelled GROTON, CT SUBMARINE BASE BR. Cover is autographed by both Commanding Officers. Cover is in excellent condition.
