On July 1, 1931, after Constitution's restoration had been completed, she began what would become a three-year National cruise, visiting ports along the Atlantic, Gulf and Pacific coasts of the United States. In conjunction with that event, effective August 1, 1931, a U.S.Frigate Constitution post office branch was established. As she travelled from port to port on this cruise, thousands of covers would receive the U.S. Frigate Constitution postmark.

Please Zoom In on the enlarged detailed image provided to view the cover or program more closely. We try to mention any defects that are not clearly seen. Many of these covers, and especially postal history, have been through the mail and so expect normal wear. Most, if not all Postal History covers, have been opened by the recipient as should be expected. We do not take returns.
Shipping Information
Shipping cost on covers is .50 for the first item and .50 for each additional. To get the discount on multiple items you must use the "Add to Cart" feature for each items. The cost of shipping Naval or First Day Cover Programs is .00 with each additional item at .50. We currently are not shipping to overseas destinations.
We take great care in packaging your items. If we receive your order and payment Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, we shipped the very next day. Saturday and Sunday orders are shipped Monday.
