Nice Vintage Wood & Metal  3D Horse Tie Wall Rack
It can also be used to hold scarfs. Purses, & Belts Etc.
It does show some wear with scraps on the wood and the horse's closes to the front has the tip of his ear missing
This is a vintage item from around the 1940 to the 1960's so wear is no unexpected
It measures approx. 12" Long by approx 7 1/4" High with 12 metal arms.
It is fairly heavy

The USPS Has Change their Process in the Way accept Claims.  I can no longer file a claim with out have the item and the packaging to take to the post office .  I was Told That I must send the buyer a print out of the shipping recite, Which will be send along with all Priority mail item sold.   After Receiving you item and you fine that it is damage, the buyer needs to take it the recite along with item or items damage to their local Post office and file a Claim.
