Simply add a jump ring with your design onto the Loop, add a bead (or etc.) above the loop on the cup/cone, and place your backing on.  These backings are wonderful.  They are soft, snug, and comfortable.  You will not lose your earrings.  The posts are fabulous with the added loop and will enable you to expand your Metal Free Jewelry wardrobe.
