    Description

    A brown Official Penalty cover hand cancelled with the US Navy's Type Z cancel on Feb 29, 1944 from Navy 150 which was located at Bahia Brazil.
    The rear flap is sealed. The cover was slit open across the top. There are no postal markings on the back.
