Vintage 2" Brass ? Sliding Drawer Pill Box

Hummmm, how to describe this as the pictures could be deceiving.
Picture #1 - off set view to capture etching on cover (and length)
Picture #2 - see the yellow on the etching, that yellow has been rubbed off a good portion of the lid, refer to the last two pictures
There is a label on the bottom.  I don't know if it says anything, but I didn't want to remove it causing damage.  Other tape was already removed when it came into my possession.
