Description

Vintage English Inlaid Wood Tie Press, Mid-20th C. England. The press is comprised of two rectangular wood boards with metal bands clamped together by four metal screw bolts; the top board decorated with a lovely inlaid pattern of exotic woods. What appears to be the original form insert for the tie.

Condition:
Overall, the press is in good condition with appropriate signs of age. The metal fittings work properly and the press is tight.
