This is a Mother of Pearl / Sterling Silver Baby Rattle / Teething Ring.  READ DESCRIPTION BELOW
***fair used condition - it definitely had some loving use (scratches throughout the Mother of Pearl, tarnish from age / use, there is a concave section around 1 side of the Mother of Pearl so it's not perfectly round, and the clasp on the silver is heavily dented - please see all pictures closely for condition details
'sterling' can be made out faintly on the clasp however the whole piece weighs .5oz
