Vintage pill box from the 1950s-60s is in very good vintage condition.  Red rose and white flower litho top, gold alloy case shows wear.  Push button opens hinged lid with three-section celluloid/plastic lining for pills or trinkets.  Made in Japan.  2" diameter.  Please see the pictures for all the details.
