Yellow Sparkling Vintage Necktie Regal label 1940s?

Very Good Condition
Vintage men's yellow necktie. Could be from the 30s, 40s or even 50s.
The label says "REGAL REG US PAT OFF, CRAVAT."
There are no stains, holes or tears but there are s
ome mild creases from the tie being stored folded into 4.
This is a sparkling tie. It's hard to see in my photo but the red flowers have some small shiny objects that are not woven into the pattern but are somehow attached to the surface.
I'm not certain but this may be an airbrushed, one of a kind item.
The tie measures approximately 54 inches long and 3 inches at its widest.
The scan with this listing is the actual item for sale. The watermark on the right does not appear on the tie.
